Aitken Spence Printing & Packaging core theme of corporate social responsibility of enabling differently-able students the access to printing industry knowledge came to light through the project on complete refurbishment of the in house printing facility of Deaf & Blind School at Ratmalana
It includes renovating of two printing machines and entire shop floor. One of the CSR drives of Aitken Spence Printing & Packaging was to provide opportunities for differently-able students to access today's printing technology. Also in line with the same principle, the Management has recruited a student from the above school for its manufacturing process and today he is one of the star performers.
